Talia graduated from University of Birmingham in 2009 with an Honours degree in Sport, Physical Education and Community Studies and then went on to gain a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from University of Hertfordshire in 2012.
Having worked for the NHS and various private clinics, Talia has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of conditions, including age-related conditions and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Talia regularly updates her knowledge and skills by attending courses and lectures given by consultants relating to her field of work in physiotherapy.
Talia provides clinic and home visit appointments throughout the week in and around Borehamwood and Elstree.
When not working, Talia enjoys spending time with her family and exercising. She is particularly keen on playing and watching football.
Naomi Frankfurt

Naomi is a highly skilled pelvic health physiotherapist with over two decades of experience across the NHS and private practice. She graduated with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy from The Manchester School of Physiotherapy in 2001 and began her early career working in a range of London NHS Trusts.
In 2011, Naomi began specialising in Pelvic Health while working at Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust and Barnet Hospital. Naomi is now a band 7 Pelvic Health Physio in NHS while also works part time in private practice.
Naomi specialises in the assessment and management of complex pelvic floor dysfunction, urine incontinence, painful sex, prolapse symptoms, pre and post natal pelvic floor issues, bladder pain syndrome and bowel disorders as well as pelvic pain in female patients.
Naomi delivers expert patient care through excellent communication. She is compassionate and committed to helping women with their pelvic health issues.
Naomi is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and an affiliate member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP).
Naomi works at On The Go Physio every Thursday in our Elstree clinic.

Josh graduated from Brunel University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy, where he also completed a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. Since graduating, Josh has worked predominantly in private practice, honing a hands-on approach to treatment.
Josh has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in spinal and shoulder conditions. During the day Josh works as a First Contact Physiotherapist for the NHS, working with GP practices to provide patients with initial care and access to secondary services.
Josh enjoys spending time with his family when he is not working.
Josh works for On The Go Physio every Tuesday evening in our Elstree clinic.
Jessie Sher

Jessie graduated from University of Birmingham in 2021 with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy.
Since graduating, Jessie has worked in the NHS honing her love of paediatric physiotherapy in a wide range of settings including hospital, schools and clinics.
Jessie previously worked for On The Go Physio between 2023 and 2024 before embarking on a year abroad to travel and see the world. We are delighted to welcome Jessie back to the team!
Jessie works as a paediatric physiotherapist at On The Go Physio every Monday afternoon in our Elstree clinic.

Karen has worked in physiotherapy for 15 years as front of house and in an administrative role.
When not working, Karen loves to travel, especially trekking in far flung countries. She loves Zumba and her secret passion is trading stocks and shares.
